We are happy to be back connecting to our Grandmother Moon who orbits this heavenly realm.

The first Super Moon of 2023. Grandmother Moon says this month is about owning your power, in order to do so we must shred the old and truly let go of the relationships, situations or experiences that do not define our true essence. Shedding allows us to grow, see and live abundantly on our own terms. As the new seeds are being tended to this year, ensure that the same is done within. The water energy has been very present throughout us the month, with rising emotions, and chaos commencing if we do not stay grounded and connect with mother earth. Remain Heart-centred.

Tests are here to see how far we have come in this first new half of the cycle. The flow of water energy that is present is also allowing us to connect with parts of ourselves that are hidden or which has been ignored over and over. Let this rise, as this will be the most profound healing experience to set yourself free from guilt, pain and shame. Renew, Rejuvenate and stand strong this cycle says grandmother moon.

Under this full moon keep your feet merged with the earth or the sand. Ground yourself and to the centre of mother earth and allow your heart to be filled with cosmic love. Staying in the oneness can allow one to truly feel the collective energy and how to navigate this for themselves. "Emerge into this new shredded version of you with pride & excitement." Let go of any subconscious or physical fears, judgement or concerns. A space that is rising and blooming has no room for other things that do not allow the acceleration of growth.
