What couriers do you use for domestic and internationally?

We use Royal Mail Tracked Business service and DHL Express.     

How long will it take to receive my order after the dispatch?

We only offer Tracked services to the UK and all other countries so you can keep an eye on your package's journey. UK Parcels can take 2-7 working days with Royal Mail.  (this depends on each depot receiving packages and processing times vary in each part/area/town of the country.) International packages can range from 5-30 working days (this may be because of customs and processing).

DHL is an express service from 1-3 working days for UK and all international destinations.

How much does shipping cost? Which services do you offer?

UK packages are at a flat-rate fee of £4.45 via Royal Mail. This is a tracked 2nd class service and protected service if any goods were to be damaged/lost or stolen. 2nd class service delivers between 2-5 working days. All orders are processed by 1. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. We dispatch orders every Monday and Friday for standard post, however, we do offer 1-3 day delivery by DHL Express and dispatch as fast as possible. 

International packages are weight-based, starting from £9.85 via Roya Mail, DHL calculations are live rates and continously update automatically.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes/Fees & Brexit

This information is for International Customers (Customers Outside of the UK).

We are a United Kingdom based company. Since Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the European Union, and since the 1st of July 2021, there have been changes to the delivery service.

We have spent a grand deal of time looking for better deals with delivery service providers to get you the most cost effective, cheapest, and highest of quality delivery service for the delivery of your packages. We are still looking, but the service providers we have right now are the most cost effective and highest of quality we could find.

If you are an International Customer (Outside of the UK), there is a possibility that you may have to pay  Customs, Duties and/or Import Taxes/Fee which could be more or less 22% of your order cost (just a possible estimation, the estimation will be seen at Checkout), calculated from the Customs Documentation CN23. Please be aware of this.

At the moment we will not be handling the cost of the Customs, Duties and/or Import Taxes/Fee and including it to your total shipping cost. This will be requested by and paid to your local delivery office of the delivery service provider handling the delivery of your order package, separate from us and our charges, of which is charged by them (not us) before you receive your package.

The Customs, Duties and/or Import Taxes/Fee is something you will have to pay separate from your total order cost to your local delivery office of the delivery service provider handling the delivery of your order package.

We will not be liable for paying any Customs, Duties and Import Taxes/Fees and we are not liable for any orders/packages held at customs.

In the future, we may start to handle and charge for the Customs, Duties and/or Import Taxes/Fees at Checkout, which will all be included in your shipping fee… But for now, we will only reveal the estimated costs so that you are aware of the possible costs you may have to pay your local delivery office or the delivery service provider you accepted to handle the delivery of your package.

Please keep an eye on your tracking link that we send you in the Shipping Confirmation Email and be aware that you may be asked to pay by your Local Deliver Office of the Delivery Service Provider you have accepted to process the delivery of your order.

Not wanting to or being able to pay customs is not a valid reason to cancel an order or request a refund for the order after the order has been dispatched and shipped out to you.

Incorrect shipping address, unclaimed, not called for or failed delivery attempt

We take no responsibility for packages returned to us due to the delivery status of the package being placed as, or the reasoning for the return of the package being: "Not Called For", "Not Called For - Returned/ Returning to Sender", "Returned/ Returning to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Incorrect Shipping Address", "Failed Delivery Attempt", or any status or reason similar to this.

If your parcel has been returned to us for any of the above reasons, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you for us to reship your package back to you.

We are not liable for any of the reasons above, nor are we liable for any package being delivered to or being collected by the wrong person due to the shipping address being incorrect.

None of the reasons above is a valid reason for cancellation, nor is a refund. Customers are liable to check all tracking updates to ensure the following does not happen. We shall do our best to assist you if you occur any issues.
