Jewellery Policy

We hope you will love your new jewellery from our store. We will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:
  • Pierced products and chains

Should you find fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations returns. This applies to most products, but there are some goods you cannot return, such as earrings, due to the hygiene policy.

925 Sterling Silver

It is a metal alloy used in our Jewellery range. Traditionally, it is 92.5% silver (Ag), and 7.5% copper (Cu). Occasionally, other metals account for 7.5%, but the 925 hallmarks will always indicate 92.5% silver purity.

The direction of care:
Silver is delicate, so avoid any chemicals, swimming pools (chlorinated water), water (showers and baths) and spas. You can purchase special silver cleaning cloths or spray to maintain your shiny jewellery. Remove the silver jewellery when you sleep at night to reduce contact. All of our rings are adjustable to all sizes; we do not offer sized rings at this time. Please be careful when handling our rings and adjustable bracelets. Our 925 Sterling Silver Range has a 60-day warranty. Anytime your item appears to be broken or damaged within this time (not through wear or tear), our team will access the matter case by case. We may require photographic evidence and proof of purchase along with photographs of the item(s). On some rare occasions, you may need to send back the item. Any returns will be covered in our policy time period.

Gold, Copper, Brass & Silver Plated

Since the precious metal layer is very fine, the wear and tear between your skin and the plated jewellery can slowly rub off the plating. Exposure to water, sweat, soap, perfume and other chemicals can cause the plating to fade. All of our rings are adjustable to all sizes. We do not offer sized rings at this time. Please be careful when handling our rings and adjustable bracelets.

The direction of care:
Avoid getting any jewellery wet with water (showers and baths), soap, perfume, lotion/oils and other chemicals. If the jewellery does get wet, wipe it immediately with a soft cloth. Remove jewellery when you are involved in strenuous or physical activities as this will impact the metal with your sweat. Remove the plated jewellery when you sleep at night to reduce contact with bare skin. Store in a dry, safe place. It is best to store jewellery separate from other plated jewellery (either keep them in individual plastic pouches or separate them in the jewellery box). Several plated jewellery will rub or scratch against each other and cause the plating to fade faster and appear with blemishes and markings.

Our Plated Range has a 30-day warranty. Anytime your item appears to be broken or damaged within this time (not through wear or tear), our team will access the matter case by case. We may require photographic evidence and proof of purchase along with photographs of the item(s). On some rare occasions, you may need to send back the item. Any returns will be covered in the policy time period.

Complimentary Silver or Gold Chain

So you can enjoy your jewellery straight away, we always ship a Silver or Gold Plated Chain with your pendants (18" to 20" in length). They are worked from brass material. Nickel free.

This is on us, completely free, and not included in the price of the Pendant.

We include a free complimentary chain so that the pendant can be worn immediately after receiving the pendant, and to give time to the wearer to purchase an appropriate chain for the pendant soon after receiving the pendant.

If the chain becomes damaged and unwearable, we are not liable to replace the chain as the chain was complimentary and free so that you could wear the pendant as soon as the pendant arrived.

If you have your own chain, you may replace the chain with yours.

We advise you to please change the "Free Complimentary Chain - Not Included in Price of Pendant" with another different chain you can purchase from another Jewellery Store.

To care for this complimentary chain, follow our plated guide and handle with care.

If the chain on arrival is faulty please get in touch with us so we can offer a replacement. This means we will replace the chain of a different style/type.

Strung Bracelets

If you are purchasing a strung bracelet, please be aware that this is knotted string or elastic that is holding the jewellery together and be cautious when taking the products on and off.

The direction of care:
Like all of our other jewellery, it is delicate, so avoid any chemicals, swimming pools (chlorinated water), showers/baths and spas. Remove the jewellery when you sleep at night to reduce contact and breakages. Keep out of heat and sunlight. Do not repeatedly or rapidly apply and remove these items as it can cause them to loosen/snap.

Plated Rings & strung bracelets have a 30-day warranty. Anytime your item appears to be broken or damaged within this time (not through wear or tear), our team will access the matter case by case. We may require photographic evidence and proof of purchase along with photographs of the item(s). On some rare occasions, you may need to send back the item. Any returns will be covered in the policy time period.
